Dynaliner is the perfect ultra light weight thermal and sound insulator to use on top of Dynamat. This durable crush and tear resistant material has the highest heat blocking properties available in a single layer synthetic foam-type material.
Dynaliner isn’t affected by oil and does not absorb water. Dynaliner provides acoustic isolation and excellent thermal insulation for roof, firewall, floor, quarter panels, doors and even as a hoodliner.

Application: A high efficiency, general purpose thermo- acoustic foam available in 3 thickness applications, 1/8” (best for Trunk & Doors applications), 1/4” (best for Trunk, Roof, & Floor applications) and 1/2” (best for Floor, Roof, Hood, and Trunk applications) thickness. Installed a layer of sound dampening material first then this layer of Dynaliner on the interior metal structure of the doors and quarter panels under upholstery panels. Nice combination and noticeably quieted down my 1962 Chevy II

Can this product be used on the inside of the transmission tunnel on an Austin-Healey. It will exposed in high heat levels and the underside on the vehicle.
