Description says "will fit 62-65 with fab", but it matched original unit that came out of my '65 Chevy II 2dr Hardtop. Fit and worked perfect without any mods/fab needed. The spring was VERY tight initially making it a little tough to lock and unlock (especially when going from push down for door locked To pull up to open door) but after working it both directions for a little while it free'd up nicely.
