    DEI 050120 Details

    The new Leather Look Sound Barrier is an ideal way to reduce noise and have a premium leather appearance. Black leather embossed wear surface features a 1 lb./Ft. 2 loaded barrier and is designed for insulating trunks, door panels, floors, speaker boxes and package shelves – any interior area of a vehicle where a leather appearance would provide a finishing touch. Can be permanently installed with Boom Mat Hi-Temp Spray Adhesive # 356-10490 or used as temporary protection in trunk and floor areas. Leather Look Sound Barrier is proven to significantly reduce incoming sounds caused by outside noise, troublesome rattles or squeaks, while providing a level of thermal insulation that lessens transfer of heat and cold in any climate.

    Excellent sound deadening for the rear wall of my pickup truck. This reduces a lot of the sound energy when installed properly. This is the best material out there so plan carefully and make paper templates before cutting it to get the best results. Plan on removing practically all of the interior and expect to make modifications to the stock interior panels to accommodate the thickness of this material.
