Copper Nickel Brake/Fuel/Trans Line Coil Tube Kit

The Copper Nickel Hard Line Coil Kit (91607115) is a do-it-yourself hard line bundle built for builders who want easy-to-bend, corrosion-resistant tubing for brake, fuel, and transmission plumbing. Instead of fighting stiff steel line or dealing with corrosion-prone materials, this kit gives you copper-nickel coils that form cleanly, route easier, and hold up long-term—ideal for restorations, street rods, and custom builds where you want the install to go smoothly and stay leak-free.

At the core of the kit is a 25-foot roll of 3/16" nickel/copper brake line tubing that meets SAE J1047 and ISO 4038 standards and is designed to deliver steel-like strength with much better corrosion resistance. It’s commonly known as “90-10 copper”, has a copper color, bends significantly easier than steel, and can be flared with either a 37° AN tool or a 45° double flare tool. The kit also includes a copper-nickel coil intended for fuel/transmission line use, offered in multiple O.D. size options and coil lengths depending on application needs.
