Classic Instruments MU87DOE 87-89 Mustang Fox Body Gauge Cluster

Replace your worn factory gauges with a modern upgrade that keeps the original look of your 1987-1989 Fox Body Mustang interior. The Classic Instruments MU87DOE OE Style electric gauge cluster is designed to mimic the appearance of the original cluster while adding the functionality, accuracy, and ease of use of a fully electronic system.

This all-electric cluster is built for easy programming and installation and features a 140 MPH speedometer in an OE-style layout that looks right at home in your Mustang’s dash. Hybrid lighting helps match the original styling, while perimeter lighting and backlighting improve visibility for a cleaner, easier-to-read display day or night.

An OLED odometer with trip meter and optional digital speed readout adds modern convenience, while integrated parking brake, check engine, high beam, shift lights, and turn signals provide the indicator functions you need in one complete package. A built-in LED dimmer lets you fine-tune brightness, and the included wiring harness and push-button calibration simplify installation and setup.

For smooth and accurate operation, the cluster includes a built-in ECM signal filter switch to reduce signal noise and improve speedometer performance. Classic Instruments’ Zeus Speedometer Technology eliminates the need for external control boxes and allows the cluster to work with any available speed signals. The programmable fuel gauge features a selector switch on the back of the cluster, allowing compatibility with the stock sending unit, other factory sending units, or any Classic Instruments fuel sending unit. A Classic Instruments Ford no-fuel sending unit kit is also included, so no additional parts are required.

For even greater compatibility, Zeus-Link is available for direct connection to GM and Holley ECUs. This cluster installs using the customer’s existing diffuser and lens for an original look; bezel not included.
