Customers appreciate the product's visually pleasing design, with a shiny chrome finish that complements a painted alternator. It is highlighted for its easy installation and quick conversion potential from the old serpentine. However, there are concerns about the quality; some customers faced issues with the fan's center bevel and the pulley wobble. But in comparison to competitors, our product's aesthetic and functional features still stand out as positives.

The center bevel of the fan was pressed backwards and did not leave enough shaft to thread nut on unless i turned fan around with blades facing out, away from alternator. Had to use my old black fan to thread nut on.

The pulley wobbled. I had to smack it around and spin it with a side-grinder to true it up. I think it's usable.
