Return PolicyPivoting water neck is die-cast, polished aluminum. This O-ring sealed water neck rises at a 45° angle and can be rotated for best possible radiator hose access. Fits all Chevy V8's 1955-86 and accepts normal GM thermostats and 1-1⁄2" I.D. hoses. Includes hardware.
Bolt hole dimension is approximately 3-1/4" center to center.

Do it now! This works great!
Like it was advertised, it fit and worked like a charm with no additional silicone or gasket seal. - TIP: I bought 5 extra o-rings at only 99????_ each and stuck them in my tool box for winter/summer thermostat change outs. I suffered miserable small leaks and drips due to tweekage (yeah I made up a word) stress from tight alignment in hose and fitting. This took care of the problem and it looks sweet too! Do it, buy it now and grab a hand full of extra o-rings - trust me!

Don't Use Without Applying RTV Sealant
The base has a rubber O-ring to seal the connection to the intake manifold, It leaked antifreeze BAD. Removed the water neck and compared to the same product I purchased approximately 12 years ago from Speedway (which I had been using for 12 years without any problems). Note: I only purchased the new one as I was detailing the motor. Anyway, the new water neck base where it connects to the manifold is only half the width of the old one; i.e, twice the sealing capability on the old water neck. Used RTV sealant (in addition to the rubber O-ring which you didn't have to do on the old one) and it works fine. Also, no "made in USA" scribe on the new water neck (or on the box) so I assume this must be an Asian knock-off!

Does this fit w/o mods to a 350ci running a dual quad edelbrock manifold? Currently, I am using the 180 degree sbc/mopar water neck that I had to modify. But, it started leaking. I use a 90 degree hose to attach the radiator which has a center flow neck.
