Washers fall off when pulling bolts out. Oversized tap had to be trimmed to fit Keizer wheel application. They do work with a little effort, but for some wheels they are not a simple rivet in and go product. One piece makes they nice, would source different washers when purchased.

Let's be honest, this whole rule is a joke but these get the job done for a good price. I have had to work a couple of them over with a tap, but all and all, a good product to stay compliant with the rules.
