Premium hose at a bargain price

Bought fuel line from a neighborhood chain parts store. Regular rubber fuel line ballooned up under 6 psi. New speedway fuel line holds on tight and won't balloon or collapse. Great product at a great price!

I'm looking to use this -6 hose for a trans cooler.(Derale Dual Circuit Fluid Cooler 15331) The cooler has -8 flare fittings and the trans has 5/16 hard line to the point I want to go to hose. Are there fittings to mate these up?
