At The Track or In Your Garage, The Black Flag™ Bandit Aluminum Jack Gets It Done

Everyone needs a quality floor jack (or two) for car repairs and maintenance. Don’t settle for just any floor jack though when you can own a Black Flag™ floor jack. What’s a Black Flag™ floor jack you ask? It is a floor jack for enthusiasts that live, eat, and breathe muscle cars, classic trucks, hot rods, and racing. It is for enthusiasts that focus on the checkered flag but aren’t afraid to interpret the rules in their own fashion, pushing the limits to get things done. Our line of Black Flag™ floor jacks is for these fans of automotive performance that live the DIY life. With quality features, aluminum bodies, and extended lift ranges, there is a Black Flag™ floor jack for just about any job you need to tackle, be it in the garage/shop or track side in the pits. Just like you, we pushed the limits as to what a floor jack can do and made sure it looked good doing it!

Light, But Strong, Aluminum Construction for Easy Transport and Every Day Use

It used to be if you wanted to buy a floor jack that could take daily abuse and last, you had to buy a steel jack. These heavy monsters certainly could get the job done, but at the expense of weight and mobility. Steel floor jacks are beasts and rarely required for most under car work these days thanks to modern aluminum jack construction and high-strength materials. Our Black Flag™ Bandit floor jack is constructed from aluminum materials, including the frame, lift arm, handle pivot, and saddle, creating a lightweight floor jack that is easy to carry and maneuver around under the vehicle. Unlike that old steel jack that is no doubt showing signs of rust, our Black Flag™ aluminum jacks feature black powder coated and anodized finishes for enduring protection and great looks that compliment your garage or race pits.

Weighing just 29.76 pounds, the Black Flag™ Bandit 1.5-ton jack is light enough to secure in your race trailer for use at the track or toss in the bed of a truck or the trunk of a car or to help a neighbor with emergency roadside repairs like a flat tire. The dual grab handles make picking up the jack a breeze and the quick disconnect jack handle allows for easy transport in small vehicles. This is one jack that can handle the needs of a busy shop or race team or be ready to go in the corner of your garage for that next oil change your daily driver needs.

1-1/2-Ton Lift Capacity with Low 3-3/8-Inch Minimum Height Clearance

When it comes to jack capacity, many equate lift capacity needs with their gross vehicle weight. If your vehicle weighs 4,000 pounds you think you need a 2-ton floor jack. What many don’t understand is that the gross vehicle rating is not only the vehicle, but all passengers, cargo capacity, and fuel. As a rule, you are safe to use a jack that is capable of lifting 3/4 of your gross vehicle weight. To determine this, multiply your gross vehicle weight by .75. So, now your 4,000 pound vehicle only needs a 3,000 pound jack (1-1/2-ton floor jack) to be safely lifted. Our Black Flag™ Bandit aluminum 1.5-ton floor jack can safely lift up to 3,000 pounds, which is easily within 75 percent of the gross weight of most muscle cars, classic hot rods, and more. If you’re looking for additional capacity for lifting heavier cars or pickup trucks, then consider our 2-ton or 3-ton Black Flag™ aluminum jacks.

We realize that enthusiasts love a lowered stance, however it plays havoc with attempting to raise said vehicle for service work. The best aluminum floor jack is the one that will actually fit under your lowered ride. Our Black Flag™ Bandit aluminum floor jack requires a scant 3-3/8-inch of clearance between the ground and your jacking point for the floor jack’s saddle to be properly placed for lifting your vehicle. If you need even more than that see our Black Flag™ Eliminator 1.5-ton low-profile version at just 2-3/8-inch clearance!

The 3.75-inch rubber cushioned saddle provides plenty of surface area for safe lifting via traditional jacking points, such as suspension arms, rear axle, frame rail, and more. You’ll also love the ability of the Black Flag™ Bandit aluminum floor jack to be able to be quickly positioned for lifting your ride thanks to its light weight floor jack construction, rear mounted caster wheels, easy to use grab handles, and nearly 21-inch body length. The one-piece tube-style front wheel provides a larger rolling surface area with increased stability for situations where the lifting surface may not be the most stable, such as race pits or that dreaded roadside emergency we mentioned earlier.

Maximum Lifting Ability with An Easy Low-Effort Jack Handle

There’s nothing more frustrating than jacking up your ride only to find it isn’t high enough off the ground for the work that you need to accomplish. Forget doing sketchy things like lifting your vehicle with blocks on the jack saddle or having to “double jack” your car to get it high enough. No, with the Black Flag™ Bandit you get an impressive 14.57 inches of lift from the jack saddle’s seated position with just 4-1/2 full pumps of the jack handle. This is sufficient for many repairs under your car or at the wheels (tire rotation, brake jobs, suspension work, etc.). Making the raising of your vehicle that much easier is the generous 36.42-inch long padded jack handle that provides for quick and effortless lifting via the floor jack’s quick-lift dual piston pump mechanism. The knurled handle features padding on the lower section for protecting the side of your vehicle. The handle ships unassembled and takes only seconds to assemble and attach to the fully assembled floor jack, allowing you to use your new jack right out of the box in seconds.

Don’t rely on some crusty and rusty steel small floor jack that is too short or too narrow to provide a stable vehicle jacking experience and certainly don’t use the jack provided with your vehicle either for shop/service work. Using a wide and stable 1.5-ton aluminum floor jack that is light and easy to position, or transport, will make your track side repairs or that weekend oil change that much faster and safer to handle. Much like Speedway Motors’ history, where we’ve pushed the limits in racing, our line of Black Flag™ floor jacks does what many say can’t be done when it comes to features and quality in a floor jack at this price point! Be sure to check out our full line of Black Flag™ aluminum floor jack options and tools to help you get the job done safely and put more time back in your day or to get you back out on track.
