Return PolicySince 1990 Bill's Hot Rod Co. has had one goal in mind; to design alternator, air conditioner and power steering brackets that fit and are easy to use, as well as affordable and stylish. The 100 Series A/C Compressor Brackets will fit Sanden SD-508 Air Conditioner Compressors. Brackets position the units on top of the engine, keeping them close to the middle and as low as possible. Brackets come completely assembled with all stainless steel bolts and washers, illustrated instruction sheet, and belt size recommendations with adjusting tips.
Notes:
To protect and preserve the finish on these powdercoated or chrome plated brackets, be sure to apply a good quality wax such as carnauba, as needed.
Bracket mounts using only the existing factory drilled holes found on the front face of the heads. Some minor grinding or filing on the manifold may be necessary.

Customers consistently praise the product for its high quality and great fit, particularly on older model cars and street rod projects. Its adjustment ease, variety of finishes, and good-looking chrome make it an attractive choice, and it often being chosen over alternatives due to perfect alignment and no need for extra spacers or shimming. Some customers had to tweak or grind for a perfect fit but agreed on the product's overall excellence. Repurchases and usage in various projects underline customer satisfaction. The product stands out for its usability, quality, and flawless chrome finish.

Fits my SBC above passenger side valve cover on head with only one bolt hole. A slight grinding of intake manifold was needed due to it protruding beyond the head. Not the brackets fault. Leaves enough room to route fuel line to carburetor. Chrome finish is very nice.
