    How does this shifter mount so that it doesn't flop around in the car. Getting a Bert for my IMCA modifies and this shifter seems pricey and looks chincy. Do you have the dimensions on how long the shifting rods are so I know they will be inside the cockpit when installed? They look short. Thanks
