Nice accessory!
I had one of these on my 1954 Ford F100 back in high school. I sold that truck years ago and recently bought a 1951 Chevy Styleline Deluxe. I bought it for nostalgic purposes. I chuckle at times when I get into the car and that is the first thing I see. Brings back those memories.

It will work well but the chrome job in the side looks like it was a bad batch but it is on the kick panel side so I don't think anyone will see it ,hopefully it wont start pealing off. Still a cool little cast metal piece.
