I put the speedometer speed sender on a 58 corvette that I had built. Speedway was the only place that I could find the part. I am now able to drive the car again. It worked out great.

Well, its basically "plug and play". Works as it should. I coupled it with a Auto Meter speedo and had great results. The included wiring diagram was simple to read and the install took less than a few minutes.

I drive a '62 Willys pickup with a 3 speed on the floor original transmission hooked up to a Ford Mustang 302 V8. Will this work with this type of transmission? Currently it has a 7/8x 18 hookup off the transmission thru a 60" cable with a 5/8 x18 with a .104 square inner cable mechanical setup. I'd like to substitute an Autometer electric antique beige speedometer and wonder if this sender can work off a manual transmission?
