  • These highly accurate GPS Speedometers include an omnidirectional 10 Hz antenna (10 samples per second) with a 16ft. cable, which is required for operation. The dimensions for the antenna are quite small (1.472 in. x 1.339 in. x 0.508 in.) allowing it to be easily hidden. The GPS antenna utilizes up to 3 GPS satellites simultaneously and samples 10 times per second

This is the second one I bought . The first one I used for over 3 years with no problems and I still have it . The second one I bought I put in a model t I am building . It did not work so I called tech support for help . With there help and the internet I found that the speedometer worked fine that the car was the problem . I would not buy this part from Speedway because of the price . Autometer is cheaper .

Used this in my hot rod. Wouldn't pick up a signal from the receiver aerial at first. I had it on the inside of the roof at the front of the car. Ignition interference I assume. I moved it to the rear window inside lip edge and it works great. Like the analog needle display and really like the small LED digital display, with all the additional display options.
