Customers praise the product's practicality & easy mounting. The welding could be improved as noted by some users due to splatter. Overall, the rack functions well after minor adjustments for optimal use, with one user confirming its quality by successfully solving a brief issue with dollies falling off. Despite a minor setback, the product exhibits resilience and reliability. Compared with competitors, its easy usage and simple adjustments assure customer satisfaction.

After mounting the rack on the wall and placing the dollies on the rack they seemed fine. An hour later I heard a crash as all of the dollies fell off the rack and hit the floor. I ended up mounting the rack at an incline to kick the bottom out to allow for more of an angle. This seemed to work as they have not fallen off since.
