Speedway Motors 91607108 Details

This complete torque wrench kit is built to cover a wide range of common automotive torque specs, from smaller fasteners up through higher-torque hardware. It includes two click-style, flex-head torque wrenches that are calibrated to ASME B107.300-2010 and include a test certificate, plus a 1/2" drive torque angle gauge for torque-to-yield fasteners. Both torque wrenches use a smooth thumbscrew adjustment for quick setting changes and a locking mechanism to keep your torque setting from drifting while you work. The flex heads help you reach around obstacles, with the usual tradeoff that accuracy can drop if the handle isn’t kept straight—so it’s best used only when clearance demands it.

  • 3/8" drive 20–100 ft-lb and 1/2" drive 40–250 ft-lb

Kit Includes:

-4091021

Tekton TRQ62103 3/8 Inch Drive 72 Tooth Split Beam Torque Wrench

Each wrench is calibrated according to the ASME B107.300-2010 standard. The detailed test results are recorded on the included certificate. As force is applied to the handle, the wrench flexes until the catch contacts the calibration set screw. This disengages the anchor beam from the main beam, causing it to spring into the wrench body and produce a "click" sound. The flex head offers the clearance to work around nearby obstructions. As with any flex-head torque wrench, some accuracy is lost when the handle is not in the straight position, so this feature should only be used when needed.

Quickly turn to the desired torque value with a smooth thumbscrew adjustment

Teeth inside the cover lock the torque setting in place while you are using the wrench

Because there’s no internal tension when the wrench is at rest, you don’t need to turn it to the lowest setting for storage
