Aluminum rod ends have close tolerance, 3 piece, medium duty rod end. Hard anodized 7075-T6 aerospace quality aluminum body. Heat treated, 5210 precision ground ball, Kevlar race. Self lubricating Teflon liner to seal out dirt an debris.
Applications: Designed for motorsports application where weight is critical. All of the strength & features of the precision rod ends at half of the weight.ASSEMBLY TIP: To ease assembly, be sure to run a tap or die through the threads on chrome plated fasteners and apply an anti-seize compound to prevent galling of the threads.

Can you tell me the width of the ball for this? I am trying to match a clevis that would accept a rod-end. The widest I can find so far for the clevis is .438 but it seems all rod-ends are .500. Is this the same for this part?
