Overall Assessment

Our product's quality and practicality are sometimes contested. While customers appreciated the attractive design and affordability, some faced issues with the welds and the product's durability - specifically mentioning troubles with the threads seizing after a few days of use. A customer recommended opting for our steel filler neck model, which they found more reliable and without the mentioned issues, indicating superior quality within our own product range.

I left a bad review on this product, and purchased another style, from speedway. It's the only problem I've ever had with one of their products. They refunded me the cost of the filler neck. The only time I've had to deal with customer service and they did not disappoint. The best part is they reached out to me. Will continue to do business with Speedway.

I bought this to use as a gas filler neck cuz it was cheap and looked nice in pictures for what I needed. First, the welds where so bad, so tall I used a file to knock them down so it would be presentable. Then after a couple of days of taking the cap on and off, just tight enough to seat the o-ring, the threads seized up and I couldn't turn the cap anymore. Bought a steel filler neck instead and no issues.
