Hi I have a 1973 350 SLC Mercedes. At the moment there is no insulation on the underside of the hood subsequently the outside of the hood becomes extremely hot to touch after just a short distance of travel. Will this product eliminate the excessive heat currently being radiated to the underside of the hood?
