ALC Melamine Plastic Abrasive – 20/30 Grit – 25 lb (SKU: 40418) is a fast-cutting, low-dust blasting media ideal for stripping aluminum and other soft materials without the harsh aggressiveness of mineral abrasives. Formulated to remove paint, oxidation, and light surface rust, melamine plastic delivers a faster strip rate than urea plastic while still providing controlled, consistent results. Because it generates very little dust, it’s an excellent choice for blast cabinet operations, improving visibility and helping maintain a cleaner working environment. It also performs well in reclaim systems where media is recycled for added value.
