    when mounting this item on the end of the DD shaft at the end of one of your traditional hot rod columns, is it enough shaft to still attach a DD coupler?

    mating flange I am trying to modify and use the original steering column and have a mustang II power rack and pinion. I need to use this bearing at the end of the steering column cover and shaft as a end bearing support. How can I mount it? Don't I need a mating flange that is welded onto the steering column cover ?
