Mirror Finish Afcoil springs have all the great looks of a chrome spring with no damaging side-effects associated with chemical plating. That's because these coil-over springs are vacuum metal coated, not plated or painted. This durable coating on Afcoil Springs helps maintain the springs strength, allowing them to perform better, longer and look great at the same time.

Chrome Silicon Wire (not chrome vanadium) is used in every spring
Higher tensile strength, longer life
Cold-wound & heat-treated twice during manufacturing to withstand the most abusive conditions
Shot-peened
