Customers find the product to be of good quality, fitting well, offering great value, and useful as a reliable replacement. They appreciate the product's practicality and usability, such as its nicely fitted heel pad, a feature that stands out from similar products. However, the customer notes that it may initially have wrinkles which should smooth out over time and that creating holes for seats and seat belts can be challenging. Overall, the product is commended for being well-built and a good deal, setting it apart from competitor products found on sites like eBay.

Its a real good product, it does have wrinkles in the center from being rolled up but they should come out with time. The hardest part is making holes for seats and seat belts. The heel pad is a quality piece unlike some on ebay.
