This universal progressive throttle linkage kit is designed to work with Ford/Holley 94's and Stromberg 97's carbs. It can be slightly modified to also work with Rochester 2G/2Gc applications (the linkage arms must be drilled for the larger diameter shafts). The arms are drilled with numerous holes allowing you to adjust the opening rate (ratio) of the secondary carbs.
Maximum center to center of long shaft is 11-3/8" and maximum of short shaft is 7". Works great on Y-Block Ford, Chevy small block, Ford Flathead V8, Chevy W-Series, Pontiac Tri-Power, vintage Cadillac/Oldsmobile J2, and more! This mechanical accelerator linkage can be used for either two 2-barrel (2x2) or three 2-barrel (3x2) carburetor applications.

Linkage needs tightening up. Too much sideways play.
Mounted on 3 Stromburg 94's. Fit great lots of setup adjustment. But too much sideway movement, causing binding.

Right Side Linkage I bought an Edelbrock 553 3x2 intake for Ford Y-block at a swap meet (see picture) that I'd like to use on my '55 Mercury. It has three Ford 94's, but no linkage (I do have the bellcrank that came from the factory on Ford 2-bbl manifolds). Note that the linkage would have to mount on the right side (there's no place on the shafts to attach it on the left side). Will your progressive linkage work on the right side of these carbs, along with the bellcrank that was used on 2-bbl Fords of that era? (You night notice from the picture that one of the two bosses on the manifold that mounts the bell crank has been removed sometime in the past...so will have to be repaired.) Thanks.
