Return PolicyThis 1967–1969 Mustang power disc brake conversion kit is a complete front and rear upgrade designed for automatic vehicles, featuring drilled and slotted rotors for improved braking performance and heat dissipation. It includes OE-style components with black powder-coated calipers, such as 4-piston Kelsey Hayes front calipers and single-piston rear calipers with an integrated emergency brake function. The kit comes with pre-loaded brake pads, rubber brake hoses, and all necessary rotors, offering a reliable and performance-focused braking system.
The conversion also includes a full power brake setup, highlighted by a 9-inch black powder-coated brake booster, a dual-bail OE Ford-style master cylinder, and a disc/disc proportioning valve kit with a brake warning light switch. Additional components like the correct disc brake pedal and pad, firewall brackets, and emergency brake hoses ensure proper fitment and functionality, making it a thorough upgrade from factory drum brakes.
To simplify installation, the kit provides all supporting hardware, including bearings, seals, dust caps, caliper brackets, and front dust shields. It is designed to work with 1964–1969 Mustang V8 drum brake spindles but is not compatible with inline 6 spindles. Sold as a complete kit, it delivers both performance improvement and an OEM-style appearance with durable red powder-coated finishes.
