1964-72 Chevrolet 4 Wheel Drive Disc Brake Conversion Kit

91034902 - Front disc brakes provide a significant improvement in braking performance versus the drum brakes your car came with. This bracket pair fits 1964-72 GM A-Body, 1967-69 GM F-Body and 1968-74 X-Body using your stock disc brake spindles or our new replacement stock height disc brake spindles # 910-34900.

Brackets are for an application using 11" diameter vented brake rotor with 5 on 4-3/4" wheel bolt pattern, and '69-'77 GM style calipers (7/16"-20 inlets),  to help complete installation onto factory disc brake spindles.

Note:  brake brackets will not fit our 2" dropped spindles # 910-34906 or stock drum brake spindles. Must be used with stock style disc brake spindles and 15" diameter or larger wheels.

91034904- Fits most 1964-1972 You can use the dimensions below with your spindles to know if this will work for your application.

• Center hole is 1.950 or 1 15/16"
• Lower two bolts center to center are 4.115 or 4 1/8"
• Center of either lower bolt hole to center of upper bolt hole is 5.468 or 5 7/16"
• Hole size for lower two bolt holes is ½" and single upper hole is 5/8"

912TLM11949 - These steel outer bearing cones are replacement for our 1979-81 GM bearing and seal kit (910-31048). Fits tapered-bearing hubs. Works with stepped shaft spindles. If you have straight shaft, you will need two outer bearings.

91065390 - We stock those hard-to-find replacement brake rotors for your 1969-1972 GM midsize car. These rotors are specifically designed for the rigors of dirt track racing.  Drilled with a 5-on-4.75" bolt circle. Includes 7/16" fine quick-start wheel studs (installed).

91031035 - New 1969-77 mid and full size GM style caliper. 7/16"-20 inlet so you can use the readily available brake hoses and hardware from Pre-1978 GM midsize cars. IMCA approved.

Fits 1" thick rotor. 2.8" diameter pistons installed. It has 7-1/16" center to center mounting holes. The width between mounting tabs is 2-3/4".

910616005 - This spindle nut kit can be used with Speedway 1949-54 Chevy style (modified) passenger car spindles or OEM 1953-82 GM spindles. Kit includes a pair of castle nuts, washers and cotter pins.

• Castle Nut: 3/4"-20 (not SAE, which is 16 TPI)
• Overall Height: 0.505"
• Height up to the bottom of the castellated notch:  0.276"
• Wrench size for nut: 1.00"

These dimensions are approximate. Certain brake kits may require removal of some of the nut material to allow for installation of the cotter pin.

91034900 - These spindles allow you to easily and affordably convert your stock drum front brakes to the original style GM front disc brakes. These new replacement forged steel disc brake spindles fit GM A-body, F-body and X-body passenger cars. These spindles are stock height, not dropped.

The primary difference between disc brake spindles and drum brake spindles is the thickness of the upper mount boss. The upper boss is 5/8" thicker on drum brake spindles than on the disc brake spindles. Spindles work well with Speedway disc brake kit 910-31958.

91031046- These 1978-up GM Metric calipers accept either GM or Lokar type emergency brake cables. The fluid inlets are tapped to accept 7/16-20 banjo fittings. Includes the bracket to attach the emergency brake cable, slider bolts, and brake pads.

The bleeder hole is 10mm x 1.5. If speed bleeders are needed, use our part number 6173958. Mount bolt spacing is 5.45".

91031039 - These 11-1/4" one-piece, vented iron disc brake rotors are for rear disc brake applications. Features dual bolt patterns for 5 x 4.5" (Ford/Mopar) and 5 x 4.75" (Chevy/GM) wheels.
