this are washers , tempered i'm sure but if you wanted to take a lot of time you could make them yourself, that is if you have a good drill press, a good drill press vise and a bit large enough drill bit , or clamp the washers in a vise and dremel them out to proper ID , I have enough things to make for the Rod already and the price is reasonable considering lost time making your own , if you make your own use grade 8 washers
