Overall Assessment

Customers highly recommend these Speedway Shackles for their exceptional quality, usability, and perfect fit. The material quality is often highlighted, mentioned as high-end and durable. Customers appreciated that the shackles are listed by size, which proved useful for custom cars. The installation was described as easy, and many claim they will buy again due to the product's performance. The product lays claim to distinct advantages over competitors, notably the Nylatron-based shackles that surpass polyurethane counterparts in hardness, enabling grease application. They're machine cut, not molded, and are highly valued as hard-to-find items.

2-1/2 Inch Rear Spring Shackles

THESE SHACKLES ARE WHAT THE DOCTOR ORDERED THEY ARE NOT MADE OF POLYURETHANE. I HAVE HAD THEM MADE OUT OF THAT STUFF AND HAD THEM COME A PART IN MY HANDS . THESES ARE MADE OUT OF A NYLATRON BASE IT IS HARDER AND YOU CAN USE GREASE ON IT IT IS LIKE A NYLON BUSHINGS BUT, IS THE NEXT STEP ABOVE IT. THEY ARE MACHINE CUT NOT MOLDED. I SPENT A LOT OF TIME LOOKING FOR A REPLACEMENT AND FOUND IT HERE AND THE PRICE IS RIGHT FOR A HARD TO FIND ITEM.

When you are purchasing for a custom car you can't give make, model year. Need more items listed by size. The car was bought at auction, 39 Chevy, No history, Needed rear shackles. Knew the dimensions. Speedway had shackles listed by size.
