What rotors and calipers will fit part #91641011 ?

Bought this for my 79 cj5 upgraded rear disc and am unable to get this over onto the axle tube. Do I need to take out the axle from the axle tube to get it on? The end of the axle tube is a square and even if the axle comes out I do not believe it would fit.
