Production vehicles are often considered nothing more than a bunch of compromises bolted together on an assembly line. Using high strength 1020 and 1026 DOM steel tubing for construction, our tubular arms are not only stronger than stock stamped steel arms, but they are also in fact lighter as well. The lighter tubular control arms reduce unsprung weight, allowing your suspension to react more quickly, reduce vibration, and provide for a smoother ride. Additionally, we have improved the ball joint geometry to reduce bump steer and provide for smoother steering. Both upper and lower ball joints are high quality MOOG replacements (bolt in upper, press in lower) that feature low friction ball studs. The included Delrin bushings ensure the control arm’s articulation across the cross shaft has minimal deflection. This means that your C10 will go where you point it without a mushy rubber bushing experience of poor handling and erratic braking. Finally, a high gloss black powder coat provides a great long lasting protective finish.
