Ever thing bolted up you do have to drill the two top holes but everything bolted up the brake rod is a little bit long but no big deal

Working on a 1966 C-10 pick-up. Have converted to a five bolt wheel pattern for both the front disc and the rear drum brakes. Is this a direct bolt up or do you need a power brake conversion plate to mount it in place of the exiting master cylinder?
