Speedway Motors 91006366 Details

This kit allows you to upgrade your 1963-1966 Chevy pickup to disc brakes and gain the advantage of a more common 5-on-4.75" GM midsize passanger car bolt circle. A wheel change is required, but you want custom 5-lug wheels on your truck anyway, right? The new 11" rotors fit on your stock drum brake spindles.

Kit includes 11" rotors, GM calipers, caliper brackets, bearings, seals, spindle nuts, dust caps, banjo bolts, brake hoses, 9" single diaphragm brake booster, master cylinder, disc/drum proportioning valve, and mounting hardware.

For 1/2-ton truck usage only.

power disc breaks

My neighbor couldn't believe it when I received all of the brand name parts from the kit I ordered,especially the price on the entire kit. This was an easy install as well. Thanks guys now I don't have to put both feet on the brakes to stop my truck! :)

Not the best kit

Beware. I installed this kit on my stock 1966 c10, and it increased the wheelbase by 1.25". The brake lines where way too long, I could have tied them in a knot and they still would have been long enough. The brake rotors were warped so bad, our machine shop had to remove roughly .022 thousands off to get them to run true. Speedway's customer service did help me out with the rotors, so thank you Speedway. The master cylinder/booster combo was good quality and fit the truck very good.

Brakes are soft even after bleeding them a few times. Could the plunger rod not be ajusted right? Other then that this kit is awesome, easy to install and quality parts
