I installed the electric wiper motor Kit # 913-56046 in my 1947 Ford yesterday. The motor shaft allen set screws did not hold the hub from spinning on the serated shaft. I tightened the set screws several times but the hub would not keep from spinning on the shaft. I was going to return the unit to Speedway where I purchased but decided to try to remedy the problem by drilling indentations into the serated hub where the set screws are attached. I tested the motor and the set screws hed tightly on the shaft . I am mentioning this so that the manufacturer will know what the problem is and how to fix it. Mike Carpenter

Advertised as a replacement for the 46-48 Ford car. This does not fit my 48 as the stock arms under the dash are oriented horizontal and not vertical like this mount requires.

I would buy the windshield wiper motor and assembly again.

The clearance between the wiper motor and the back of the car radio is almost nonexistent - almost. That made for some challenges but it went together and everything works.
