Upgrade the fuel system on your Model A with these specially made fuel tank kits for 1928-31 Fords. They feature the 1932 Ford tank design but are made to work with 1928-31 Model A applications. Quality steel construction make these fuel tanks the perfect addition to your street rod.
  • Steel tank 9" deep with frame horn covers and spreader bar
  • Fits 28-31 Model A
  • Pickup/Vent plate and hardware included
  • Accepts both left or right swing 5-bolt fuel sending unit such as 275-235
  • Not a complete bolt-on installation, some fabrication required as all frames vary
  • Frame horn covers are decorative and do not supply the structure to mount tank

I have not installed this, but Tanks Inc stuff is always nice. My main reason for posting this is to let everyone know the kit does come with the frame horns. They are not in the photos. I even called Street Rod Tech Support (Speedway) and they said the kit did not come with the horns. Maybe they should update the description.

Great combination kit, only thing missing is a mounting bracket. The kit comes with frame horns so you can fabricate your own mounting kit, how ever we're not all hard core fabricators. I ordered a mounting bracket from Dagels hot rods and it fit with this combination perfectly. A collaboration with Dagels would be awesome so I could order entire kit from you guys instead of hunting down parts needed. Over all I think this is a great set up and tell all my car buddies where I bought it from.
