As good as it gets
If you use the fender braces that Speedway sells the bolts that come with this are too short, because where they go through the bracket it is double walled not like the single walled stock ones. That said I would rather use the Speedway brackets then the stock ones.

I will probably bye another, if I can not find a solid one.
Didn't know the bar was hollow. The bar is solid for the first foot on each end, just after light mounting hole, the bar's center is a hollow tube. My bar cracked and broke of both ends, probably due to vibration. These fenders do move quite a lot, due to their size. I will need to purchase another, and probably will go back to Speedway for the purchase, unless I can find a solid bar.
