Customers generally praise the product for its high quality and aesthetic appeal, noting that it makes a significant improvement to old, worn-out handles. It is often recommended as a worthy purchase due to its good standard, noted in its strength and performance. However, some users report that the handle may not spring back into its original position after use, and there have been instances of complications when assembling or installing it. Overall, many customers appreciate its look, function and value, but potential minor usability issues might need to be considered.

Looks good, but....
This replacement door handle looks a whole lot better than my old worn out one, and matches the style perfectly. I have replaced both sides with new ones and have the same issue. When you turn the handle to open the door, the handle stays in the open position. It does not "spring" back to the original setting. You have to manually reset it. I don't know if this is a function of the handle itself, or if a new handle aggravates a situation in the door itself that won't allow it to close correctly. I've given the handle the benefit of the doubt.
