Details
Speedway's Sure Seal Housing is manufactured from spun aluminum with an O-ring seal. Fits Holley carbs. Uses standard 14" diameter filters, sold seperately. Minimum filter height required is 4".
Includes air cleaner assembly, a spacer with an O-ring on the carburetor side (choose height), and a 1/4"-20 air cleaner stud.

Works and looks just as the ad states - clears HEI distributor on SBC as well with an Edelbrock performer RPM. I'm using it on my sniper but see no reason why it wouldn't work for carbs of the same size. Buy with confidence.

These air cleaners make great power on the dyno and the large drop radius clears fuel bowl and throttle linkages with ease. There's really nothing to complain about other than the top stamped finish leaves just a bit to be desired, but since I powdercoat them all anyways it's honestly a non issue.

Hopefully we won't have to buy another for long time.

This air cleaner assembly has the correct shape for the airflow to follow into the carb. It is stamped aluminum, is not polished, and does have a stamped/sheared lip that has fairly rough edges. Although it may be possible to buff this housing to a high luster the aluminum is a fairly soft tempering and I doubt the effect would last very long at all. It is really more a functional performance item NOT a show item.

This product has great fit and finish. It also has one of the smoothest airflow designs I've seen. Very well designed and the spacer is top notch. My only complaint is that it doesn't have that spun aluminum look. Still looks good but if you want satin spun aluminum look this won't quite satisfy. The form and function far outweigh the small knock on the look for me. Will buy again.
