solve your ball joint problems
Being a low buck racer I bought some very nice, high dollar, ball joints that came from a race team. $6.00 each! The things had to fit my Lincoln upper arms? Speedway has an answer with their ball joint sleeves. At first I thought they were a little sloppy, however, when welded they shrink to a perfect fit. Thanks for a great little helper item that would have taken me all day to make myself and would have been too tight after I welded them. Good stuff Speedway!

I would buy this product again if...
The inside diameter was smaller. I like the fact that they're thicker so there's less chance of warpage, but they are .005 to .006 larger on the inside diameter then other ball joint sleeves that I use so they are loose to begin with. When you're working with these shallow elliptical threads on the k772 ball joints that is a lot so I can't use these sleeves on my products

What is the type of steel used in the product? In the photo it looks like perhaps a stainless alloy or a nichol steel. My main concern is welding to this sleeve when using mild steel for the control arms portion.
