Depends on the temp. There is a chart in the instructions with the amount to add.

You will have a variance of 2%-8% when a motor is hot. The best way to pump an engine is when the motor and the tester are at ambient temperature. If they are at ambient temp the it will be exactly right. Hope this helps out.

The disc measures 1.90", while the ID of the tube measures 2.00".

When the disc stops climbing up the tube after several revolutions of the engine you will read the gauge where the disc stops.
