Offenhauser is one of the greatest names in racing history. Offenhauser speed equipment earned its reputation on the Grand Prix racing circuit during the 1930's and 1940's. Today, you can achieve the same power and performance with an Offy intake, flathead Ford cylinder head or transmission adapter. All Offenhauser intake manifolds are cast from high grade aluminum alloy and are precision machined to equalize fuel distribution to all cylinders for more power.

            These Offy flathead Ford heads are finned for high heat dissipation, bigger water capacity for "built" engines and everybody knows, nothing beats a full-dress flathead for beauty! Heads have a .400" valve relief.

3-5/16" bore, 4" stroke = 9:1 compression ratio

Said to be its most popular flathead intake, Offenhauser’s 2x2 Regular intake has closely spaced carbs. The Offy regular dual intake accepts two 3-bolt carbs. Great addition to a street oriented engine. Has 4-3/4" carb centers.

The generator may not fit into the stock location due to the clearance issue with the carburetor.  The generator can be relocated to the passenger side using bracket # 325-1146. If using a GM alternator, use our chrome 916-67909 or plain 916-67910 bracket.

Highly recommended for all 1939-53 Flathead Ford/Mercury with aluminum heads. Flathead decks are thin and their threads are easily stripped. The outer end of these Grade 8 studs have fine threads and with the hardened washers (included) which prevent galling and ensure accurate torque readings.

Full set of head studs, nuts and washers for one engine. Specify year of engine: 1939-48 or 1949-53.

    This Offy single 4-barrel intake fits the 1932-48 Ford V-8 and features a Carter WCFB bolt pattern. For best results, our techs recommend the Holley 390 CFM 4-BBL which requires the Holley Flathead adapter 135-1935B.

    You may also need to purchase 560-6091, 4" tall carb spacer (in addition to 135-1935B) to use a Holley carb on this intake. The spacer gets the carb high enough so that the base will clear the water hoses.

    This polished Offenhauser finned aluminum valve cover will shine up your 194-230-250-292 Chevy 6-cylinder from 1962-1975.

    1. This cover has one hole for a filler/breather. We suggest Twist-In Breather 550-2061.
    2. There are no "baffles" and no hole for a PCV valve. You would have to make your own hole.
    3. May have clearance issues with oversize valve springs.
    4. Please note that the valve cover is not polished between the fins on the top and in the side recesses on both sides of the valve cover.

    We have these hard-to-find covers for your 1937-1962 Chevrolet 216, 235 and 261 engines. These Chevy 6 cylinder finned aluminum Offenhauser valve covers will shine up your old Stovebolt. 

    NOTE: To use on 1954-1962 inline six head, you will need to supply a 1937-1953 style gasket, a pair of washers and stud seals typical of '37-'53, and a pair of acorn nuts to fit the long studs that come with the cover. This cover is a direct replacement for the 1937-1953 Chevy.

                This Offy fuel distribution block has 3 large 3/8" NPT outlets, which equalizes fuel flow to any multiple carburetor application using an Offenhauser intake manifold. Fuel log also has a 3/8" NPT tapped hole on each end. Fuel block features a polished aluminum finish with four mounting screw holes to easily mount the unit to your firewall.

    Original Flathead pistons used four rings, were somewhat round, had questionable wrist pins and locks and were made of cast iron. These pressure-cast aluminum pistons share the four-ring design, but are cam ground and use modern steel wrist pins and real snap rings. They’re a great upgrade when rebuilding your 1939-1953 flathead Ford or Mercury V8 engine.
