They are like the originals

June 13, 2016
They fit original Speedway 4 Bar setup. No cutting or mods required. Simple swap. I like to put a little silicone grease on the plastic and sleeve as I assemble them. The Originals had 27,000 miles with very little wear so I assume these will do the same.
Pros:
  • Set Complete
  • Fit The Original Speedway
Cons:
  • Should Include Lube Pack
Yes, I recommend this product.

Good for the price

March 05, 2016
Decent quality and they do give some. If you're building your own four links as I am, make sure you can get the right size pipe. 1-1/8" dom tubing is nice and snug. Could be a little wider in my opinion but overall works out well.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Great product, easy changeout.

October 18, 2015
I used these off-label as replacement bushings for the worn ones in my hairpins. Because the dimensions were provided online I was able to determine that the bushings would most likely fit, and they were spot on. They fit like a glove, and the replacement went quickly. I should get another 35,000 miles out of this set.
Pros:
  • Listed With Dimensions
  • Durable material
Cons:
  • No Lube Recommendations
  • No Lube Included
Yes, I recommend this product.

simple bushings that you push into 4 bar ends. I used the old ineer metal tube so that they would fit my 9/16 bolt size.

Nice pieces

September 27, 2012
Again wish I could buy only what I needed. These orginally came installed in a set of triangulated bars used to locate the rear end with quarter elepticle springs. When tack welding the short tabs to the frame that held the triangulated bars in position, these bushings began to melt. Only needed 2 sets, but had to buy 8 sets.
Pros:
  • Durable
  • Easy To Use
Yes, I recommend this product.

That I am not sure of. You can check your local steel suppliers, but if you can't find the exact ID that you need you can always get tubing with too small of ID (such as 1.125") and machine it out to 1.137" ID

If you constructed a sturdy sleeve to install the bushings into, and used a well-supported through-bolt to attach the bushing to your chassis, these bushings should perform very well for you. The flipside though, is that these bushings have a fairly “hard” durometer rating. They will transmit a great deal of engine vibration into your chassis.
