Red Line Oil Assembly Lube is not designed to be the cheapest – it's built to be the best. It has three times greater film-strength than conventional black Molybdenum Disulfide lubricants. Provides excellent rust and corrosion protection. Stays put and supplies a high film strength for protection. Excellent for crankshaft installation.

Can be used safely with all metals, including bearings. Can be used with petroleum or synthetic oils.

Assembly Lube Product Data (PDF)

Good Stuff

I love this stuff. I have assembled several motors with it. Thick enough to stick and breaks down easily once oil is circulating. Not nearly as messy as the Permatex lube. Price is good. Only gripe is the container. Would be much more efficient if is came in a squeeze tube instead. Also less chance of contamination that way and probably less mess and production costs. Something RedLine should consider.
