This product would not fir early ford bleeder screws, so i was not able to use it. The product information should state this.

How does this work? What do the ends attach to?

The one end of the one man bleeder part # 91083890 would hook onto the bleeder screw and the other end you would place into a container of brake fluid. There is a spring loaded check ball in the end opposite the bleeder that lets fluid and air pass by but springs shut and wont let air back into the system. So as you pump the brakes the air escapes and bleeds the brakes by your self with no one needed to open and close the bleeder screw each time you pump the pedal.
