Requires two taillight bulbs per side.
910-64050 Instructions (pdf)
Here's how it works:
Very simple piece of equipment to install. The directions couldn't have been written any better. I wish there was a bit about not being able to hook-up the brake lights (you need the deluxe model). No complaints, I would do it all over again.

How do I hook up brake lights to this product?

This electronic switch requires the addition of two momentary switches to turn on and control the cycle of the turn signals. This switch is for single filament rear lights and two per side where one bulb is strictly for the turn signals. If desiring to run a switch in conjunction with the brake lights through a dual filament bulb such as an 1157 bulb you would need to order kit number 91064070. This switch still requires the momentary switches but wires in conjunction with the brake light switch. You can visit our website and open up the pdf instruction file in purple print for wiring diagrams on each of the two switches mentioned.
