The product has been largely recommended for its high-quality material and practicality. Customers highlighted the durable construction, including good welds and robust steel usage. The product’s usability was also well-received, particularly its easy installation and adaptability to various frames, helping to save fabrication time. However, some users suggested improvements regarding the inclusion of bolts for mounting and a longer frame bracket for better reach. Nevertheless, the product was frequently touted as exceeding expectations and was preferred for custom projects, with many vouching for its functionality, ease of use, and compatibility with different vehicle models. Users frequently valued its substantial support in engine mounting, praising its strength and sturdiness. Despite a few mentioned critiques, customers repeatedly declared they would repurchase due to overall satisfaction with the product quality and performance.

so simple to install
these mounts are very well built and the welds are flawless, they are a little large so they cannot be installed in a tight area, i used them to install a 302 cu. in. into a 65 comet and they worked great. they would look great in a t-bucket or street rod

302 in 64 F100, no go
Even with the frame rails boxed in the tabs are to short to make it, to the frame. These are trim to fit, then they should come a little longer. Also would be nice to have the hardware included. Besides that, the engine mount piece seems sturdy and nice after wire brush and painted. I just need to fabricate my own frame side mounts or go a different route. A little disappointing.

Had to cut down the mounting tabs a bit and welded to the frame of my '28 model A roadster. Seems to fit well and time will tell once I get it on the road. Looks good too!

So the cons wouldn't give me enough space but I would like to see the frame brackets a little longer, if you don't box the frame these will have a hard time reaching.

Above you note bushing 9172255B as a replacement for these engine mounts and that you use a 1/2 inch bolt. However, the description for that item indicates inside diameter of .63 inch. What is correct?
