What bolt pattern is this for? Please include dimensions of center hole and outside dimension also.Is thickness accurate at .108 as stated?

Part is .112" thick plus or minus .005, and this wheel support has a 5 on 5 1/2 bolt pattern. The center hole ID is 3 13/16"
