DVD is centered around leaf spring suspensions on paved tracks. Claimed to work for both dirt and paved. The dirt focus was vauge and unhelpful. Also does not touch the subject of coil spring suspensions nearly at all. If you run a nova or camaro on pavement, then this is the video for you. If you run dirt ovals with metric 4 link suspension like me, save your money and pass on this one.

THIS IS A "MUST HAVE" FOR STREET STOCK SET-UP! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SET UP MY CAR BY LETTING PEOPLE TELL ME HOW FOR 3 YEARS. DID NOT WORK BUT, THIS WAS VERY HALPFUL!!!
