Excellent Product

This product was easy to install with all the wiring labled and had enough wire to hook up all the accessories to my 1941 Ford Coupe. I would recommend this product for any installation.

Don't buy unless it's for a GM drivetrai

4 years ago a bought another brand universal kit and successfully rewired my '40 ford (w/Chevy drivetrain/column) in just 2 days. I saw this kit and bought it without thoroughly reviewing the instructions. If you have a GM column, alt, etc, this kit is easy to use. I have a '56 ford with a '74 302 and called for Ford diagrams as the instructions are specific to GM. Speedway doesn't have any and when I asked for assistance I was told Ford has many ignition systems and they can't help me. After researching online instructions for 3 other competitor kits, I believe I now have everything I need to get my car running again. Unless you are a pro or intend to use this in a GM, I recommend purchasing a universal kit from someone with Ford/Mopar specific instructions or someone that only sells wiring kits with specialists that can assist you.

This was the first thing I purchased when converting our car back to street after 25 years. Complete wiring made easy. All wires are labeled, super nice set of instructions. Good gage size and insulation. Really clean fuse panel and installation . Came with gm column connections. I recommend the Speedway wiring booklet. This was my favorite purchase. You won't be disappointed.

I was recommened this product from a family member, this is the first time doing a complete electrical rewire. I'm restoring an 1982 Bronco (full size), so far everything has worked out, I was concerned about the power locks and windows on the new fuse block, however they have accommodations for both. My only negative is that I relocated the fuse block to inside the passengers glove box so it's protected, now the headlight, turn signal, and igntion wires are short. I ended up adding 2 feet of wire in between to compensate for the difference. I'm 80% completed and have had no other problems, thanks for the affordable, quality product. Would definitely purchase again!

Found multiple mistakes in the instructions. The first harness I bought burned out the primary buss bar in the fuse panel when I turned on the turn signal during testing of the new harness after install. Speedway was great and sent me a replacement wiring harness. After installing it and testing out the system it burned out another fuse panel. A simple Maxi-Fuse would have prevented this and the problem was I should have followed my instincts instead of following the instructions which were wrong.

I have done a couple of rebuilds came across this harness and looked good for the price. BOY was I wrong. I laid out the harness and labeled everything. Wired up the interior, and stereo, did the engine compartment and feed wire was low voltage to ignition, dash lights blink with turn signal, brake lights work on occasion, stereo had to be run from a hot terminal. headlight switch did not work as well as the foot one. I can't believe they even tested the harness before it goes in the box. I even tried to run new wire but that even failed. Thanks for a lot of time wasted.

I am rewiring a 1962 F100 Unibody. This is a nice harness, well made, each lead is easily identified, I have laid it all out, plenty of length for a pickup.
