Here's the quickest and simplest way to measure toe-in. Rest one of these plates against the tire on each side and use a tape measure.  Longacre toe plate comes with two tape measures.

Speedway Economy Caster/Camber Suspension Gauge Tool

Just in case you can't step up to a $300 digital caster/camber gauge, we offer this very affordable bubble unit. Easy to use and handy to boot, this little jewel will read +/- 7° and is accurate to 1/8°. Adjustable magnets attach to your hub. Aluminum construction.
